The cop said that my headlights had to be "white" and mine are "blue". It's messed up cause BMWs and all those fancy cars come with headlights that look just like mine but you never hear about them getting in trouble for it. He was pickin' on me. 
I could tell he was offended about having a radar detector going off, too. lol But he can't do anything about that here in Florida

6000k are legal if they are in, the right housing. Them fancy cars like Audi's, BMW, etc all have a projector. Thats probably why. Sucks to hear you got a ticket. Try fighting it, but I heard a while ago, that PBSO filed a new thing with cops that they have to show up, or they have to a **** load of paperwork, and no one like to do paper work. lol

That really blows, fighting it in court is the best way to go. They have top show up or the case is considered no guilty due to noone defending the state. So you WIN! You could just ask for a break, no point, nothing on your record and pay fines and court costs.

Don't take the tickets to court, do a letter of dismissal, the reason for this is cop get paid overtime to show up in court, if you write a dismissal letter they have to do that in their own time for the ticket to count, 9 times out of 10 the cop won't write the letter because its time consuming to him, call up your local clerk of courts to figure out what is needed in the letter and where to send it. ouch....that sucks! I dont get why we get pulled over for not signaling when we change lanes when everyone else in this state doesnt either, maybe cause the PO is jealous of our cars

Sounds like a real douchebag, especially the headlight bullshit. Most cops I know personally wont write any of those tickets unless to give you a break from a more serious offense.

My tires are not illegal, they are Nitto 555R Drag Radials, DOT approved and I did not know my lights were illegal cause they don't look blue to me. Guess I'm color blind. And I did signal, he's just retarded. Soo ya. I think I have a right to be mad.

Oh ok. lol This is funny. The cop TOLD me he gave me a ticket for my license plate cover, headlights and turn signal (which is what I posted). But, he actually gave me a ticket for my tires, my license plate cover and my turn signal. So that's why I was saying that about my tires. Ugh.

That def sux but I'm not complaining because the morning after the FL/GA game me and my buddy got caught doing a little 'playing' by CCSO and all he gave us was a careless driving ticket.....phew!
