lolUpdated pics...friggin power went out yesterday so we had to work in the dark, but I was able to snap some pics from a day or so ago of (myself) cleaning the deck surface. The devil is in the details when it comes to cleanliness. Notice the before and after of the deck surface and pistons. We do this on every single engine we take apart. Also cleaning heads the same way. We use a multi-step process using non-toxic and non-harsh cleaners and degreasers, plus our 3M wheels (which are specifically used for this kind of stripping). They are non abrasive and only remove varnish, gasket "goo" and other adhesives.
The new cam is also in. Going to install new LS7 lifters, trays, and other components today. Fuel system is also coming out for a custom LASHWAY set up...shhhh.

Swapped valve springs on the L92's, got down to the last set of springs and what do I find...a BAD SUPER 7 LOCK in the package. Had to source some new locks...so, one head is going on for now. New timing chain and pump are in
Starting custom fuel system today.
We're really busy man, lot's of fun projects and quality work!

Heads back on today, still waiting on lock from Livernois...making good progress. tomorrow we'll pin the crank, and do some other odds and ends in between the 5 other projects we have here...

Been watching this thread from the g8 boards and im really interested in the fuel setup since darkmanx posted a thread about possibly getting a fuel kit to the market to compete with whatever else is out. This is taking some time though from the time he said he dropped his car off

Yeah we have a lot of pics, just haven't posted yet. Supercharger is going on Monday. I am still waiting on a LOCK from Livernois. Apparently they sent it to the customers house...wtf?
The fuel system is a custom one off that we are developing. It's not the easiest system in the world. These things take time to test.
