Hows the GM car scene down there? Been thinking of moving to a warmer climate. Maybe move the shop with me.

Great town, work is scarce here. You would do well here though, lots of tracks close by is good for your biz.

I can't drive 50 ft. without seeing a 5th gen or a C5/6. You would be right close to Bradenton and Sunshine.

I would say the east cost too. I've been over there alot and it's just not the same as the east coast no offense. Orlando is good for shops too. But I would stay away from north florida there's not much there.

Damn you warm weather guy's. Have almost 3-4' of snow sitting here.

What caught my eye is how cheap houses are down there. Then it comes down to a job. I'm a liscensed electrician but the pay sucks down there. So cars would be the next thing.

Also like the idea of the track being close. Beats the 1.5hr ride here.

What ever you decide it would be cool to have you around again. Thanks again for the cam. Oh yeah it was 78 by me today. Lol

There's a reason houses are cheap down here: because they built way too many of them. Five years ago contractors were driving new vettes, now everyone in the construction business is hungry.

Its great down here though

I think for the next five years, the prices will continue to go down in the Tampa area.
