have you really tried them?
I dropped off several bumpers at Blast Off to have them blasted and they couldnt do them.
Master Blaster didnt return any of my messages asking if they could blast plastic bumpers,so guessing either they cant or they dont want any more business.

Anytime I want to find a place to do sandblasting, i look up powdercoating shops, and give them a call. They will either reccomend a good place, or many times, do it in house. Just an FYI.. They know their different thickness metals, so they'll probably send to you a place that wont screw up your stuff.

You're not supposed to be able to re-use it, because the exploding of the BS is what removes the finish, however, I was able to re-use it twice before washing it all away. It's EXTREMELY important that you keep it dry.. any moisture and it'll be clogged up worse than your toilet after enchilada night.

Well my buddy borrowed my large blast pressure pot and bought a bag of soda.
Many hours later he claims its done(front 98+ Bird bumper). I told him it would be slow and painful, and he told me that was correct.
Most of the large parts were sanded,as our setup was just too slow.
But it can be done.
Guy at Master Blasters doesnt do soda blast and when hes done its very rough and needs alot of sanding to smooth out(unless you like a bedliner look on your finished product.)
