Ok guys sorry for not posting, with working 60hr weeks I've been kinda busy. I am
Still trying to work with the gm. He is calling me back at 5pm today. And I am shooting for the 20th. Reason y it's taking so long is they have to use other companies parking lots so they are getting permission.

 

ok so if you just read my last post then you know why its been taking so long. we have beeni fighting with all the other stores about useing the back parking lots, since the actual gators lot is a small lot. just got back off the phone with the gm. he is ready to go. but he would love to have us on the 27th, which is one week later.said will give us more time to get more folks to come out, he also said they will be showing the ufc fight and would love to have us there during the fight. so the question is, is the 27th fine? i know you guys all were expecting the 20th. he said if we have to the 20th we can do. i am just trying to give people more time to take work off, and spread the word. let me know, as i will be calling him either tonight before 8 or sometime tomorrow with what date you guys would like. again sorry for not keeping you guys updated

 

The 20th is the best for me already have the weekend off.And the 27th is after the first week of school around here so i know there will be some running around for that

 

with it being a payper view fight night the 27th, experience has shown before that the eating establishment is already overwelmed, then you add anywhere from 50-100 gearheads, compounds the situation.. I vote to leave it on Aug 20th..........
