Bradenton Sat night? Now that my car finally has its head out of its *** I want to see what this motor traps that I threw in the car back in April. Anyone else going to Bradenton Saturday night?
going to the powerboat races this weekend in clearwater. I think there are a fair amount of us (me included) from my local forum who are headed there on the 15th. Probably be my last trip to the track before I start the demodding process and sell it off.

I was hoping to have something resembling a good tire under the car tonight, but I have a too short lugnut issue.
Looks like I wasn't kidding about going to get some trap speed numbers, it isn't going to 60' worth a damn.

The track went away in a hurry with all those street cars dragging junk onto the starting line, but I managed a new best of 11.68 at 114.85 in the great weather. It was a fun night.

I saw your 11.68 run. What does it put down for a 60'? Looking at your trap I'm embarrassed at my driving, best I ran last night was 12.8@113. I'm close in trap but no where near on the 60' I assume.
Your car shocked some people on that run too, I think they though that foxbody was going to win.

Your car sounds and runs great. I watched you make several passes. Get that launch right and you will be right there with me. What rear gear do you have?

It has 4.11s in a Moser 12 bolt. If I can figure out what lugs I need I picked up some Weld Draglites this last week, came with a never mounted set of 555Rs. The Hoosiers that are on them now are completely shot though.
Also EFI Live claims my rev limiter is disabled, yet on the first pass I tried to spin it to 6500 but it just wouldn't rev past 6200ish. So I was short changing myself there too by a few hundred RPM I guess.

Hey since you guys where there maybe you could help me out whos FRC/Z06 sitting on black ccws was that? That cars got to be faster than a 10.9 that was the time it got against the supra at the end of the night.
My best 60' was 1.62. The 11.68 pass was a 1.64 60'. I think I saw that turbo Mustang run in the 10s earlier. Perhaps he had some technical difficulties. I did tree the hell out of him though.

Shockingly I didn't see all the little teenage import kids swarmed around that Skyline that was there..... They probably had no idea what it was.
I don't think it ran either. ya that would be the one it was racing the boosted blue mustang earlier in the night. It was running NT, except when in ran the supra it seemed like he was letting out and still running a 10.8
