Default Br8ef/b8esf Nitrous plug help...

Looking to spray a 200 shot today, I was searching for the part # for Br8ef plugs and I see on here a lot of people are saying to use the b8esf... Just wondering which plugs would be right for a 200 shot, and who stocks them? Also if u have the part number that would help too... Thanks a lot!

try the nitrous section there's a sticky. get the stock number, not the one on the plug and start making phone calls. I have had luck with finding them at advance.

Nice, those GTRs are no joke

I'd stick with the 7. But if you up the shot even more you will want the 8.

That is exactly what I was thinking but I was going to give him a chance to explain. Maybe he knew something I didn't! I would stick with BR7EF's at the very least on a 200 shot.

I agree that the colder the better, but on large shots here on the dyno we've actually had good results.

I went with colder 7's once on a large shot and lost some power, lol..

Every combo is a little different though I suppose...

Thanks for the suggestions everyone - looks like he went with the colder plugs!

Yes, hotter plugs will make mare power on the rollers. But you are not making as much in the cylinder as you are in making full blown pass on the track or street. So there is much less chance of detonation of the rollers vs the street.

That scares the crap outta me that a vendor would recommend TR6's for a 200 shot...I would like to see how much power was actually lost assuming the tune was adjusted for each plug, besides the safety factor of running a colder plug on a large shot.

Exactly my point. Not worth the risk for 5hp.
