I have heard of using Pam as well, but also have heard that it can destroy paint (overtime). I vote the blue painters tape as well. Or just get a Bra for long trips (just take them off when not need so it doesn't fade the paint a different shade). And you can scrub the hell out of those things using damn near anyu chem you want.
I cant believe those damned things are already back, again... God I hate those things. What is it, 4 times a year now?

"PAM" cooking spray, light film, go drive. Then spray it off with soap and water when you get there. Everything slides off effortlessly.
OR
Suran wrap....put it on from the front of one wheel well all the way to other and tape it. You will hardly see the tape but it will keep it on there. Its sticks by itself to the surface. Cover the entire front bumper. Then pull it off when you get there.
If you know its not gonna rain...put a strip across the windshield wipers too. My friend said he even did the windshield and it worked for a 230 mile trip.

lol.. I know! That's the only thing I'm sweating about on my Murder paint. I was actually thinking about doing a Carbon Fiber vinyl wrap with the 3M 1080, but my body guy hasn't done a wrap before and that 3M is just under $1000 so that's an expensive learning curve, lol...

I just keep my vehicles waxed and smooth. A spray bottle with water and a couple drops of car wash and a soft towel takes everything right off. Its all about staying on top of it. The longer the bugs sit on your paint, the harder they are to get off.

This is a little off but, what if you had a temporary vinyl that matches your color of your paint to cover problem areas? Seems like a quick easy and cheap solution. Flaws? May look tacky. bad Idea? Yes and No.
