Lingenfelter @ Lashway! I thought this was worthy of posting up.
We here at Lashway Motorsports have the privilege of preparing this sick 427 TT Lingenfelter Corvette for the upcoming Gumball 3000 rally. The owner knew John Lingenfelter personally and was proud to purchase this car. He will also drive this around the track at Indy, and eventually will donate it to the Lingenfelter Auto Museum.
We're going to inspect the vehicle front to back looking for any potential point of failure while on the rally and at the track.
We will also service the vehicle, and throw some stickier tires on there. The sport cups he has on there now are worthless!
We're also going to throw the vehicle on our dyno and run it through some basic diagnostic tests with endurance and maximum performance in mind. We want to make sure that this vehicle lives up to it's historic name.
