You're most likely going to get someone to section together pre-bent tubing that you can order in any size diameter and any centerline radius bend.

Agreed with Whistler; doing something that size is usually best accomplished with u-bands, pieced together and welded. You could also try Torque Tech; they do full exhaust systems for older muscle cars up t0 3-1/2 inch diameter, so they might have something for you.

thats called crimp bending,

3" mandrel benders are very expensive, there's nobody in brevard county that would put up the money for one, hell we didnt even have one at the space center,

cutting and welding's the best way to go,

We have a mandrel bender and can build sick **** - stainless or mild - doesn't matter. Tough when you're 3 hours away though!
