What to do in the Pensacola area

What to do in the Pensacola area Wife and I are taking a trip that way in the middle of July. I know the beaches, plane museum. What else is there to do. We are coming in from the Houston area and only have 3 days to spare.
If you're into exploring old war forts there are a couple worth checking out. Fort pickens is on the western end of the island, very picturesque if your into photography. Another is on base near the museum called fort barancas. The light house on base is cool too as long as you're not scared of heights.

Showing up on a thursday, leaving on monday, so Bands on the Beach is out for a tuesday.

There used to be ghost tours down town pensacola during weekends, found it interesting at night a course.
Pensacola little theatre puts on a few shows, would have to look up and see if there is any showings for your weekend
Blue wahoo baseball games, fun to watch plus your backed up to the water.
Forts like mentioned above.
If you are into fishing lots of great spots around
5 flag speedway would have to see if they are racing that weekend
