Question about 3 vs 4 channel rearend

Question about 3 vs 4 channel rearend Thought would ask in here so I don’t get a dozen….”use the search button” comments in the suspension section.
My car is a ASR/Traction control 4 channel car. Needs a new rear end and found a solid deal on a 3 channel rearend 100% complete for $200 with a warranty (family friend at a LKQ). Why can or cant I run a 3channel? Will I just lose ASR or will I lose ABS also?

I was hoping it was a direct install with ease lol...I have pulled axles and few times but it has been years and dont trust myself on it much.
