Hi just got my second Trans am was wondering if anyone in the Miami or lower area had any good recommendations for mechanics and what not. Car has 165k on it and a bad repaint so would like to have the motor and tranny rebuilt basically stock. Maybe have the paint reshot. Also maybe meet ups and what have you.

Where exactly are you located? I don't know any lsx specific places but I'm sure theres some good places. If you're in or near Kendall we should meet up and hit up some meets and what not. I need some car friends lol. Theres one every Thursday thats very ricer dominated but it's still chill and a fair share of nice cars always show up. And then theres Turbo Tuesdays also import dominated but not quite as ricey. Both fun. Thats about it for Miami and further south... Up north in Broward theres a few more but Im usually not up for the drive.
