Programming BCM in Orlando

anyone good at programming BCMs in Orlando?
I have a couple that need done.

I have access to a tech 2 but it tells us its "secure" and wont let us into it.

A friend of mine had his bcm done on his 04 suburban by a guy local to me. I can get you his info.

Pretty sure its a specialized process.

I killed the BCM in my Z28 way back when.
At the time I used trans am creations in south florida.
brought them my ignition key, and they had a set up that would tell them if one of their take out BMCs would match my transponder. They had one that matched and sold it to me for less than $100 as I recall....installed it and was good to go.
