Engine machine shop recommendation in Orlando?

I hurt the bottom end and I'm looking for local recommendations on a possible rebuild vs replace. I've used a shop out in Ocoee about 12 years ago, and used a small guy in a shop named CRS(?) about 8 years ago. Does anyone specialize in LS motors, use a torque plate, balance within a 1/.4oz, etc, etc, like I can get from the major online vendors who build short blocks?

Also looking. Every place I've been to...well...didn't really inspire confidence. Taking 6 weeks to hot tank an iron intake, tons of blocks & parts sitting around that had obviously been there for months if not years, equipment that was made before the Carter administration...and talking to them didn't inspire me to give them money plus my engine.

I have been using RevMasters for 20+ years. But I do limit what they do.

I do all assembly.

The downside of not having many regulations is that you get mostly unqualified fly by night businesses. Very few reputable shops in Central Florida.
