Damn that sucks. I guess you gotta send it out , cause there`s no good tranny shops around here? Dont take it to Kens, he`s a great guy but his tranny tech is an idiot. I hear Ken is the man w/trannys but he does`nt do the work anymore.

The tranny was built locally so I'm in luck. I'm still wondering if it's a wiring issue since it's an intermittent problem. I left message for Mike to see if he can squeeze me in. I don't think the tranny would be a problem to fix in 2 weeks, but I also need to send my converter back for a restall as it's still WAY to high. That will be the challenge getting a 2 week turn around.

i'm sure if you got the money they can get your parts fixed in a jiffy for a small extra charge.

BMR sells one that replaces the factory crossbar, and bolts in the stock spot. You wont need a ds loop though cause they dont tech that hard , unless your car looks like a pos. You could probably order 1 tomorrow and get it in time though, it is safer.

Should be pretty bad ***.
9.5's on motor is damn impressive.
What kind of dyno numbers did you make on the new setup?
The 408 only put down 577 RWHP with a TH400 + 5000 stall converter, Steel Driveshaft, 12 bolt with 4.56 geards and with my 30" tall slicks on the car.

I'm waiting for Allan to upload the dyno graphs and I will post them in the dyno section.

The final list has been turned into the track today. If someone can't make it, I anticipate 1 atleast, PM me a few days before and you can take his spot and pay me that day. You will just race in his place.

Call Tim (squirell) at American Motorsport or call Powered by Ford . One of those shops should be able to get some 275/17s in a couple days.

I asked todd at discount tire direct and he said he couldn't match the pricing of summit and jegs and i even put a thread up in the wheels/tires section and got only one response.

hopefully the caveman will let me use his bfg's, my nittos are a good street tires but just dont cut it on the track, i'll hook decent with them like 1 out of 4 times and its usually on my first run.
