Thanks flipflop for the invite. I've been there about six or seven times with my car last summer. Haven't been back since b/c of school.
Why don't you think those are the fastest in Orlando? They're all nitrous fed LS1's. And not to mention TurboTom, Willie, etc. Those are some bad cars.
Edit: Didn't mean to ruffle any feathers with the jerk comment, just going off my own experience ya know.

There are some fast cars that go up there, but I wouldnt consider them the fastest in orlando
And just because they go to the corner doesnt mean they are apart of the club.
I do agree with you that there are a lot of jerks up there... I had to deal with them
and still do

Not even close to the fastest in Orlando. I know a handful of guys from fuel **** that are cool, but I'd still say they don't roll a red carpet for newbies.

I've got video of all the runs and will post something up in the nitrous section later on tonight. I was real happy with the launch on the final run. I wish I could hear what Randy is saying on the PA when I pull up. I'm sure I'd get a few laughs.

I was in the black WS6 running in the slow lanes cause it was my first time running my car ( SOOO NERVOUS)
I ran a 13.4 @ 106 2.2 60' >lid only< street tires...full street trim
( not bad for a chick who has only driven a manual for 3 months
my jaw dropped when i saw you run, blew the tires off lol you sure did!!

I was a focused a bit on some friends getting new personal bests and watching FlipFlop run for the first time, but next time I'll be sure to say "hello".

Flipflop, congrats on the first time runs. That's a very respectable time and you'll only go faster. I was referring to the run that TPI brought up where the tires just let go on the launch and knocked near 3 tenths off my short time. My friend that was with me thought I made an all motor pass on the launch for that run.
TPI, I'd probably remember you if I saw you. No doubt it was a while ago as I don't make it to the corner too often.

I hope he can find it. After the first few runs I taped, I accidentally switched to camera mode instead of turning the camera off, then proceeded ot fast forward for a couple minutes before taping again. so, I have a set of runs at one point in the tape, and another set of runs that begins towards the end of the tape.
Woops.
