From: BOSTON IS MY HOME, BUT NOW, IAM A PERMINENT VISITER HERE IN TAMPA.

Which wheels to choose???

Im torn between 3 different wheels, and not too sure which to choose, so gimme youre opinions. Here are the choices:

REPRO Z06 CHROMIES
18X10 FRONT
18X12 REAR

CCW 505a's
18X10 FRONT
18X11.5 REAR

HRE JOHN LINGENFELTER SIGNATURE SERIES WHEEL
18X9.5 FRONT
18X10.5 REAR

So lets hear youre opinions!!!!

personally not a fan of any reproduction Z06 wheels. esp horrid for racing. CCW is top notch. HRE is as well. in fact the Repro arent even in the same class.

Last time I checked, CCW doesn't make 505s in 18s.

They've got 'em online.
What do the LPE wheels look like? Their pic online was down. The CCW's are one of my favorites, though I'd probably go 8.5" in front.

I was telling John when I was up there a few months ago that if he started making 18s, he could sell alot more to the Fbody/Mustang crowd. Good to see they are doing it.

Is this the LPE-HRE?

I like the look of the CCW better:

For the HRE's I like the 540 or the 547 (of course the 547 is very similar to the CCW 505. If you want the look of the LPE's, I'd go with the CCW SP500 (http://www.ccwheel.com/files/wheelpr...l.php?id=sp500), though either of these too closely resemble the stock C5's. Possibly the iForged Aero's...
