Nlp
Who would you reccomend rev or nlp, and how much do each cost.
Iv been driven the car for 2 weeks now with the headers and today while driving one of the time its started to bog under hard acceleration. Just took it out for a spin after and did 0-70 runs with no problem... It seemed that the bogging was more in OD then it was in D.
None the less, thanks for your help.
I have until august 29th to get it done so i hope one of the two has openings.
one step ahead of you, been talken via email. Dont have time to call

also, dont forget about Vinci Performance as well. in the orlando area, just not as much talked about. its great to have so many ls1 tuners/builders in a small area to chose from!
all sponser info is ------>
Thanks for the kind words and Keith it is good to hear from you.
As far as V-seriesTech comments are concerned, from previous experience this person must be a troll. He does have his opinion for sure and no issues there. He also posted on the Corvette Forum about this incident. When I went to tell my side of what was going on, his post disappeared. I saved what he had posted as well as my response in a MS Word document and then sent him an e-mail registered to his Corvette Forum account to see what he had to say. No response at that time. I gues I could stop by Vera Motorsports and ask for Jamie when I am in the area next week.
If anyone is interested I can post his original deleted post, my unposted response as well as my sent e-mail to him. Kind of explains everything from my end and I would also like to hear from the customer also. I do not want to stray too far from the subject as there is some good info here from reputable folks.

That said, you emailed to me, and I responded. Why or how you didn't get it in return is news to me.
You can call me a troll, or whatever all you like. I'm an experienced technician, and I know a thing or two about tuning. I'm not here to bash you bub, as I infact wish you the best. The problem is, you did a **** poor job on my close friends car, and you didn't fix the problem. Somebody else had to do it for you. In turn, causing my friend, to spend MORE money to fix the problem. SO was it my PERSONAL experience, your damn right it was. Cause I spent my saturday helping getting his car tuned correctly for him.
Again, mike,........best wishes dude.
Don't forget to stop by, as I would love to shake your hand.

I called and left a message with the customer to get his side of the story as it is all that matters.
V-seriesTech,
I called you a troll only based on four things. One, you only post one side of the story and very limited content. Two, you post to make yourself look like you saved the day. You actually may have which is cool and all, but bragging is tacky. Three, I did not get a return e-mail. You can resend it to both thevettedr@aol.com and mike@nlperformance.com so I can see whats up. Four, the original Corvette Forum message as deleted one way or another. Without knowing it was done by a moderator it looks like troll behavior. Perhaps they thought so also.
Anyhow, you have your opinion which is cool. But when come across as someone who knows it all and nothing else matters it does not bode well here. I am curious, if you did get me e-mail what your response was to each detail. Of course you can let me know via the e-mail response. If you want, I can resend my e-mail to you.
The proper way to handle things would have been to call me when you found out what the issue was and what was done to fix the customers problem. If there is something that we had done directly to cause the issue, the customer would be taken care of. I have no issue with taking care of my mistakes if I honestly did something wrong. Not perfect by any means and have made my share of oops's before. If any one else here, tuner or do it yourselfer, ever says they never made a mistake, you are listening to a liar. It is what you do about it that matters. You can only do something about it if you are properly informed.
I do have a problem with you pretty much saying "you suck and screwed up the car and I got it fixed" instead of being a gentleman and letting me know what really happened. All I hear is that it was fixed but not actually what fixed it. Kind of neanderthal-ish, child-ish and troll-ish. Be cool, handle it like a gentleman and all will always work out.
Anyhow, in the end if the customer is happy that is the best thing. If owe him something, that is my responsibility, but lack of proper communication does no one any good. Like I mentioned before, I am trying to reach the customer to get his side of things. I will be in the area next week and can get him a refund if owed. I will also try to make it by Vera Motorsports if my schedule allows. You are welcome to come by Horsepower Sales also if you have time. I will look for your e-mail.
Thanks for the time everyone and I apologize again for being off topic here. This will be my last post as far as this subject goes. I want to make sure Keith gets the info he is looking for. This is not my style and it should be handled on a more personal level, preferably with the customer.
