Default Saw 2 Carrera GT's in Naples

Hey guys, just got back from a weeks vacation in Naples and was driving by the Naples Porsche dealership and there were 2 Carrera GT's, one red and one white. I'm not real big on foreign cars but they do look nice. Anyone else seen any in real life? Or raced one ?

I saw a black one northbound on I-95 around the Ft Pierce area about a month ago. I was going southbound so I couldn't mess with him , but he was haulin' ***.

Yea, you'll need some juice. If you get to ride in it or line them up let me know how fast it is .

I've seen one in West Palm Beach. Little too gaudy for me.

It's very fast, and has a V-10 that revs like an indy car. If you ever get a chance to look at one up close, do it. They arn't your every day super car. Cd player, A/C, Electric Seats. Pretty much fully loaded.

The tested 1/4 mile I found was 11.1 @ 133.4, on street tires.

I don't know about if they're QUITE that fast but they are in the 11's... I think 11.5 is the most consistent... they're made for top end as most 'exotics'. I saw a vette race one at my last PCH cruise - he was spraying a 125 shot and was cammed with exhaust... he lost.

going for a ride today or tomorrow after I get off work. he said he would let me drive it because he has no idea how to actually drive the car. I guess I can show him some pointers. haha this should be fun as hell.

The cars are badass. One lives in Vero Beach florida,..it's black. Probably the one spotted in Ft.Pierce.

I've seen a silver oner twice here, niether time have I been in my car. I'm not a big Porsche fan but, these cars are works of art. Very tough sounding, not porsche like,...and very low, and wide. I would love to race one one day.

Is this car black or dark green (looks black)? If so, I know who owns this car... I live in Port St. Lucie and a client at the law firm where I work owns one and he lives in Vero Beach. I work in Ft. Pierce... If it's the same person he also owns a red Ferrari (bad ***)...

I've already lost count of how many Carrera GT's I've seen.....

Black, Silver, Red, gray.

I work behind the collection in Coral gables.... so it's not odd to see sick cars like this.

i was goin to krispy kreme the other night and i saw a silver one. There were 3 dudes on bikes toyin wth him. Two of teh were 600 and the one kid had a CBR 1000 that probably would have been the only chance thoes kids had. He got on it briefly and man did it sound good. Not that sputturing go-kart sound the V-6 make but this was a low deep tone. Sounded awsome.

You need to have him come out to Potts one of these weekends, lol. Car will be tuned sooner or later, probably whenever I'm not poor. So maybe later as opposed to sooner, hahaha. BTW, is traffic down there on the beach always bumper to bumper? Went down there this evening and oh my god. I came in from Bonita Beach Rd and it must have taken me 30 minutes to go 2 miles. Made me wish I had an automatic.
