I am leaving this **** for a new house that's gonna be around 2150 sq ft, 3/2/2.5 for under $190K

That's why I didn't go to West Palm, I know how crowded it is. And I'm not in Melbourne right now, I wish I was. 410K? That's nothing compared to NY prices. Try 500K for a small *** house and you'll be lucky to get a garage or driveway even.

It's nice but it still snows in the Carolinas. I want to get away from snow all together.

I just moved from WPB (well Loxahatchee actually) after living in PBC for the past 13 years to Finland... Funny to hear my friends over there complain about how its cold, its -30 over here. That means no working on the car, no taking the car out (I doubt they make a 275 winter tire - which is required until March by law)... etc etc...

Well, what's **** to one person is paradise to another.

I lived in Palm Beach County for 10 years. Worst place I ever lived. Left in 12/05. I would not go back for ANY amount of money. I am in northern Georgia.

It's nice to a part of civilized socitey again. Oh......and everything racer88 said

PS. Yes I will change my location in my profile...in fact I have been wanting to do that for...........10 years

Florida sucks.

It can flurry, it can be a dusting of less than an inch...........as long as I get some seasonal ambiance that's good enough for me. I've lived in CT grew up there, skiied, did it all. But as long as my Trans Am is tucked away in the garage let it snow I don't care. As long as the weather doesn't put a damper on my drag strip action during the best air of any racing season. I will be fine and hell I'd gladly take a foot of snow with power loss ANY day of the week before I endure another hurricane with power loss and NO A/C or hot shower for 8-10 days. **** that, you can come tell my panting Sheltie why he's so hot and miserable and he just doesn't understand.

**** FL, the best part of FL is this time of year other than that, you can stick this State up Bin Ladens *** that's all it's good for.

I'm hovering over the ban button of all you anti-FL folks.

I personally like this suggestion: If you don't like Florida, take I-95 north.

Ok, so maybe I'm kidding. But y'all will have to figure out about which part.

Well now that you decided to be mean to my Yankee ***............I won't invite you to stay at my house then to do some secret winter testing outside of FL at F'ville. I heard it hooks! And T, is nearby Atlanta where you got that nice avatar from so you can't stay at his house either

T made the mistake and already accepted my "help". Now if I need something, I might just call on him one day for a little favor.

Hahaha well you are welcome to come race with us.

Our new tracks:

Fayetteville 10.79 miles from our area or 20 mins

Kinston (KDS) 96 miles 1/4 track *half the distance to BMP from WPB*

Jacksonville (Coastal Plains) 94 miles 1/4 track *half the distance to BMP from WPB*

Rockingham 64 miles *IHRA* looks sticky like BMP.

Now don't forget Eric, NC is close to VA, then comes MD.............there is always MIR to go to as well

And to think, I was stuck at Moroslow all this time, not much longer

Here's the view from my office, and it's a bitch of a commute
(all 20 feet of it) especially during rush hour like this. Plus
it's fixing to maybe freeze tonight. My own private hell.
