Well, I've been about as patient as anyone can be, but this is frigging ridiculous.
I did talk to him on the phone once, he said he was in California and the wheels were at his house with his room mates. He said "I’m still trying to get them picked up", I told him, never mind I'll drive up and get them!
He said "OK, I have your number, when I find out when my roommates will be there I'll let you know" and that was 6 weeks ago...
I'm ready to put a bounty on this guys head...
Any Tallahassee help is appreciated!
BTW, I did file a complaint with Paypal, a lot of good that did. I never even heard back from 'em...
I have his address and phone number, if needed.

I take this ****** to small claims court you can do it. They will probably subpeona him down here. Just for kicks, you should check out the local courthouse to ask on how you can pursue this.
Or contact the State of FL to see if you have any recourse with this in anyway.

And sent him a PM, explaining that I expected either the money or the wheels by the end of the month. I have some friends in CA that are officers of the court that will be in touch if he fails this time.

I think if I can get the address in Tallahassee I can get the wheels, if they are still there. I just ordered new tires for the ZR1's, so maybe just the money back will be better. It pisses me off that I've not driven the TA for 5 months because the tires were bad, and thought I had them coming...

It's a 740 mile round trip for me, and I never had an address to go to. I paid via Paypal, so I was at his mercy...
I offered to drive up and get them, but he wouldn't give me an address.
99% of the other people he's dealt with had no issues, so I tried to give him a break.

I've knocked on a door before, for a friend. Some of you may have even been there when I went hunting for Z's 5-lug conversion or his money. Corey, Dirt, Bruce, Steve, Marty, and a few other people went as witnesses. 
you could always run his address thru the property appraisers office there, locate all the residences around him, cross reference their names and phone #'s and then give them all a call asking if they know the guy and how to get a hold of him. tell them it is very important that you speak with him and ask if you can leave a message. its an old collection tactic. nothing like putting a little neighbor pressure on him. also, if someone here is in the same city as this guy they could always go to the post office and run a change of address on him. just to make sure he is still there or where he may now be residing. i am in jacksonville but let me know if i can help.
