I have the phone number, but there is no property listed in his name. Either it's a new purchase, or a rental.
He's in the Arcadia and Pasadena area of the Valley outside of LA.

dont run his name thru the p/a, just the physical address (old or new) if you have it. that way we can either find the owner and contact via registered mail or at least cross the nieghbors and ask. for a fee you can also cross the # you have and research that (see if it is a cel, business or res. address). this is just good old skip-tracing stuff.

2nd pic of the tires, there is a sign in the background. know anyone who can cut and magnify that sign from the pic? there may be some info on the sign that can help (realtor #, something for sale, anything).

Joe and I just spent a half hour trying to blow up that sign, and have it clear enough to read... well, unfortunately, even Photoshop7 isn't good enough to do that.
Maybe look up a list of realtors from that area, and see if their sign looks the same? Just a thought.

Dino it was $556 + $10 I forgot in the first paypal.

I cant believe this is still going on. There is no address that someone can check out up in Tally? What about giving the phone # to the police. The paypal address and so on. Internet fraud is BS. Get his ISP or some internet info. Contact those other forums and see what registered info he put down and if any of it can help you out?
Edit- I just checked out his profile on the TMCA board and his AIM s/n is Diablo84. I added him but he isnt on. If I catch him on though Ill try to talk to him. But you can easily go through AOL to get his info and find a billing address for internet and so on!

I can't believe PAypal wouldn't give you a refund due to non-reciept. I sold a guy an engine/trans combo and forgot to put the MAF in the crate when it left. The guy filed a non-reciept claim with Paypal and they took $5K out of my account until I settled up with the guy!!

as of last week he "lives" in glendale/pasadena cali(Pasadena, CA 91109)...permenant? i dunno, he says thats where he is originally from so he may be back for school....he now rides a Yamaha R1
