Cool Another Mover

Sup guys,

Im hopefully going to be one of you within the next few months. Im going to be moving to the Ft. Myers area. Im going down this next week to check things out as far as school and a job. Im looking forward to it. Hopefully it will be a little more fun down there than in Michigan. Anyone know of places looking for help in that area? Im also kinda looking toward Edison college but well see. Just thought Id let you guys know another LS1 will be movin to town.

Yea we had about two days in the 90's i was lovin it. now were back down to high 70's and it sucks...still nice but not as nice. The only shitty thing about the move is I wont be able to bring my car down for a while until im settled in. how much do you guys pay for insurance down there n how old are most of you? im not looking forward to that.

I'm older than dirt, but for me, when I moved to Florida from Atlanta in '99, my insurance was cut almost in 1/2. Depends where you're coming from vs. where you move to, but I was pleasantly suprised.

Im 28 and I pay under 100 a month for my TA.

Not sure if thats good or not...

I moved away from Florida when I was 8 to North Dakota about 2 miles from Canada for 2 years. And the first winter there it was -30 + whatever the wind chill was. Snow from the street to the roof of our house. Snowed in for days. I remember then sayin when I was older I would never live up north.

Hey whats up man. You will be moving very close to me. We used to meet every wed. and sat. night but the ricers have ruined some of that. we still get together. If you are going to be down by Aug. 19th we are having a little BBQ by the beach. there should be about 30 f-bodies or so.

Where from michigan are you from?

pretty much in the middle, 19 miles west of the capital in portland. well if you guys do meet up this week would it be possible to get a phone call. im basically going to be treating this week as if i lived there so i can get geared for how its like. ive been there before but this is a business vacation so to speak. i want to stop by if you guys are going to meet someplace to get to know the crowd a little and see some other f-bodies. theres none around here. i like being the only t/a dont get me wrong but sometimes its nice to have people around who like the same thing. but i dunno how safe it is to put my phone number online but i dont care contracts almost up and im moving ne ways lol. if you guys meet it would be great if you gave me a shout..no comp for a week. my number is 5175263388. thanks guys.
