Anyone know this guy down there?? He is screwing me around with seats I paid for a month and a half ago?? Please pm me if you know him!!

I meet him. I am a police officer here, and he stopped by the department to look at my WS6 VFN hood I was selling when I still had the car. This was about maybe 3 weeks ago. He was "supposed" to by the hood the next day then ignored my phone call and PM.

I've heard from other people that he has attempted to screw them. If anything happens, let me know. Just like I said, i'm local, and im a cop

Ya I got his number and keep leaving messages He told me they were shipped 2 weeks ago but he wont answer me or send me a tracking number or anything. If it was $10 I wouldnt mind but its $300 Any help would be great!!

Attempt to contact him for one more week. Write down everytime you call him. If after a week, call your local police department and file a report. This is a Felony. Once you complete the report you will get the report number. I will need the report number and I can follow up on it from here.

At this point there is theft (felony) because its $300. There is also a statue which talks about internet fraud which is another felony. I would have to look that statue up because I never used that before.

I really dont care about the fraud part, because the theft is an easy arrest

I'm pretty sure this will work out before any charges have to take place. I have had other people PM me and tell me that they have also been screwed over by the same person....We will find out what happens soon enough.

it would be good for him to send these parts because my friend is a convicted felon with just driving on susp/HTO and he can not find a decent paying job because of this and criminal backround checks.

98wta if you are reading this just leave everyones parts in your driveway and pm me and i will pick them up and send them if i have to. I know you are a young kid and we all do some stupid **** in life and you do not want to be a convicted felon man im telling you. everyone makes mistakes just send the parts or let me come pick them up
