Officers Chime In
First off, for laughs, what is the smallest amount of mph over the posted speed limit you have ever written a ticket for(excluding ones were it was under, due to weather/driving conditions).
Second, how much does rain and weather factor in to you pulling someone over and writing a ticket? Excluding any major laws being broken etc. Like, if it is raining pretty steady, and im going 10-15 over, maybe more, or I run a redlight etc, are you going to not pull me over because it is raining or what?
These are just questions out of curiosity.
Why are you asking these questions anyways? Last edited by JAMcamaro; Nov 10, 2006 at 03:19 PM.

5mph....bc the jackass was driving recklessly in a school zone
rain enhances everything....alot of guys wont pull people over bc they dont want to get wet....which is true...but you can tell whos not driving appropiately for the weather, thus...those are the people who are going to cause the wrecks....= ticket
