andy this is the one and only time i will reply to you in this thread. there is a difference b/w a fan and someone that has no respect and just wants to run his mouth about "a team" (fill in any team). OSU has been #1 all season and is extremely deserving of that spot. but the attitude of MANY OSU fans is that UF does not deserve to come into that game and is some low pos b/c we are some media darling (go ask espn). UF was "given" a spot to play (and loose to) OSU in this national championship game.
one can be passionate and have respect for another team. i have respect for OSU. i am looking forward to a great game, reguardless of the outcome. i dont disrespect the other side. i wouldnt go into an OSU bar, home, or party and disrepect or run my mouth about that team. i have class and respect. many OSU fans are turning "confidence" and "trash talk" into a disrespectful ugliness. if i were an OSU alum or fan i would greatly be embarrassed by the brashness and big head attitude of that many fans. jill is no doubt a KU fan and has been since birth. the only time she roots against the gators is when the teams play each other. every other game she, like a class act, shows class and does not disrepect other teams or talk about how untalented they are. i am not going to dispute you have been a fan for 25 years. but then again i dont remember you ever talking about OSU untill they were #1.
as for northern people taking their money and business out of the state.....welp, go right ahead. there will be 2 more filling your one spot everyday. get over yourself as a "northerner" and maybe you will see you are a resident of the state of FLORIDA. you are showing that ugly head with your big "northern" money. i guess without it all the them parks and golf courses would sink into the swamps or drift into the ocean lol!

Well to be honest with you John you have insulted many "northerners". This go home Yankee atttitude from UF fans is less than classy IMO. Down right trailer park! Now are all UF fans this way??? NO!!!!!! Are all OSU fans ******** , no!!! The thing about being a fan of an out of state team in Fl is you are under constant attack. Big 10 sucks, stupid yankee, big 2 little 9. I can go on forever, so there are two sides to the coin.
And to be honest John about me not talking OSU, u r kiddding right? For 6 years I have gone to my buddys house on saturdays because we are all OSU fans. I have missed 5 games in that span. Before that I watched them in the Ohio Cafe in Pinellas park. Before that a local dive in CA, NC, SC. Before that, well I lived in Oh. I am going thru the same **** as I did in 02 when we could not beat UM, LOL! Do I think the Gators can win? Yes it's more than possible. Who would I bet on , OSU. Sorry that I am confident in my Team. so how many OSU games have you watched? I have watched about 6 UF games. I am simply making my pick on what both teams have shown me.
The Nortern money /business thing was a kick back in the ***** to those southerns who play that game.
