I'm hope in Orlando for the next couple weeks from school for break and I was just wondering if there was anything going on.

I went out to the corner last night it was pretty slow, well.. extremely slow. The only excitement was a three-way rear ending on 50 -- I didn't recognize any faces out there so I just stood around for a while and then ditched out.

Basically I'm bored as hell at home and seeing if anyone knows of any meets. I know the UCF Car club isn't meeting anymore and Lethally Injected's site isn't up and running anymore so I don't know what their story is. Also just noticed that Fuel ****'s site is down as well.

Someone. Please save me from my parents

 

There is old town on friday and saturday. Friday for the newer cars and saturday for the older cars. Fuelsluts server crashed. Go to fsmortorsports.com or try .net there temp fourm. Go to speedworld. If i think of anything else i'll post up.

 

I went out to Old Town last night, but I got there too late for the cruise. Speedworld is still open? Gainesville Raceway closed a couple weeks ago.

Speedworld will be open this Wed and Fri night and then they close for 3 weeks.
We had a private track rental there today, it was a fun eventful day. Well for most of us.

 

Every Fri @ 436 and Howell Branch is a car show next to Arby's in the Publix shopping center. More older cars than new, but youll find them all out there.

 

I stop by there alot on friday nights cause my frind lives right by there. Last time i went there was more mustangs than u could shake a stick at lol.

Hey, i was wondering who owned that red Camaro. It sounded badass! It wasnt that dead, but early in the night its just standing around and talking. There was racing Im sure, a couple friends were talking a bit of trash to some stangs. I left cause the guy I wanted to race left, and I had to work in the morning (wanted to pick on a new owner of a stock '03 Cobra )

 

that's pretty much how it goes over there, standing around and talking.

If you stopped by there on a sat., that might be the reason there were a lot of mustangs. Every 2nd sat. night @ the same location(arbys & publix) there is a stang show. All cars are welcome though.

 

I'll be showing up to the Arby's show every once in awhile. It was cool meeting both Leftme4dead and GotmeSOM

The stang show is still a nice one. You usually get some nice cars out there still that arent stangs.

 

Haha yeah that was mine. I haven't been out there in quite a while, so I really don't know anyone out there anymore. No one really glanced in my direction, so I felt a little wierd just randomly talking to people. I'll try to head out there this Sat -- you'll have to introduce yourself next time.

It seemed people were more interested in the multi-rearending than anything else. I'm used to standing around and talking, I don't mind that. But it gets old when there is no one to stand around and talk to.

I'll definately have to go out to Arby's on Friday. I'll be looking for your cars.

 

Joe, if you want some company pick me up I'll go with you. I'm home as well for the break and the folks are getting annoying as hell.

 

I think I might go to that Arby's meet Friday. All my roommates went home and I don't want to go to OSW, break something and be stuck at that track. Plus, my car is garbage and going to the track yourself sucks.

 

Last night was the last night @ osw for the next 3 weeks. Ill be out @ arbys fri as well. Hopefully I can find a waterpump and change it today to take the Chevelle.

 

This Friday is the last night for OSW.
