Alright got a call this morning and everything is moving along. The car is getting fixed and parts have been ordered. I have to go by tommorow and check things out plus I want to talk to them about getting an ss spolier put on along with them buffing the whole car to get rid of some of my fine scrathes and swirl marks. I'm not sure on the whole hood thing yet since all this other stuff will come out of my pocket, I'm gonna ask tommorow though.

Get everything filled in and stick my z/28 emblem were this guy but the ss emblem. I will probably have it painted the same color as the car and not a flat black.

hey you take the money that they give the body shop for the hood add a little of your own and get whatever one you want thats what i did with my old blazer got a cowl hood for it not that much out of pocket

Thats what i'm thinking but the guy said they already ordered parts. I'm not sure what parts but im going to talk to them about everything tommorow. I Just want to get everything I can done now while its in the shop and they have the paint ready, Instead of taking it back 2 or 3 times to have differnent things done.

Yep thats what it looked like thursday when I went over there. There waiting on parts as of right now, they should get started by monday. The trans am sitting next to it had almost the same damage as mine. Like I said in the cruise thread they said it should be about 2 weeks from this past thursday so that puts the car being done on the 19. Even if they run into any problems I don't see why it won't be done in time for the next cruise/meet.

i think that might be the most craziest, miraculous, unbelievable $h!t if that car is ready by the meet, not to mention possible new hood and spoiler and redone berger panel, man...........my car is just plain and ugly

There will be no new hood unfortunatly. They are just taking a used front end and putting it on my car so that kinda ruins the new hood thing unless I want to pay for the whole thing out of pocket. I'm just gonna stick with the new spolier and the back panel for now. I'm really hoping it will be finished before the meet or even better by the 24th which is my birthday it would be nice to take my ride out for a nice cruise on my birthday.
