Headers Installed - thanks Dino and Kyle! Kyle (with some assist by Dino) at RevX installed my headers yesterday - Pacesetter race version.
I'm currently running open headers, and it's not as bad as I thought it would be, but was pretty bad when I left a friend's house at 1:00am and was trying to not wake the neighbors. Hopefully I'll be able to get the rest of the exhaust done today.
1 fitment issue, and it didn't pertain to the shape headers themselves but the O2 bung on the passenger header. Aside from the fact that Pacesetter should have put the bung in a more convenient location, the 1st thread on that side was non-existant. They had to grind it down to get to a clean thread. Not including the time to remove and re-install that header, the install took about 3.5 hours!
(BTW, the DSL is a G2 (http://www.lmperformance.com/969/1.html) made by LG motorsports, I think)

Finally, installed with two O2s!
GTO - got Kooks installed w/Kooks catted mid pipes. Also had a Corsa. Really mellow, nice sound.

Unfortunately I won't be getting the exhaust finished today, so at best it will be sometime in the middle of the week. My neighbors will love me when I start the car up at 6:15 in the morning!

Glad we got you guys taken care of. I thought the GTO was going to be louder than it was, but it sounded nice.
Andy (2002BlackSS), can't wait to get yours on the dyno with everything done. I never did get to start mine up for you, so you could hear what yours is going to sound like.
Hopefully we'll have bboyferal's car running this week, too.

Figured I'd give an update. I got the y-pipe made and muffler installed Tuesday night, but have to go back to get a hanger or something put on to stop some banging that I get during hard acceleration/turning. Once that's done (I'm going to try to get that taken care of on Saturday), I'll be giving RevX a call to set up the tune.
I'm loving the sound, though it's actually quieter than I thought it would be, especially after running open headers for 3 days. It's amazing what a difference a muffler makes!
