PLENTY of house's for rent in the 800-900 range
jacksonville's pretty big area wise.....westside=middle class/cheaper, mandarin=upper middle class/nice but cost more, southside=renters area/ working class hussle and bussle, beach=mix of all/ cost more but has many night/day options
NORTHSIDE=majority ghetto/ we keep them contained up there....sooo i advise stay away from
other then that welcome to jville....i think youll find it different...
plan on making a meet....

Honestly the "North side" of jax is the fastest growing area in the city, its not the ghetto that we all remember, dont get me wrong its not all better yet, but if your looking for a nice new (rent or buy) home in quiet neighborhood, its nice up here.

I'd really like to live East of the St. John's river, South of Beach BLVD., and stay in Duval county, don't want to get into St. John's county. Where does that put me as far as price range/quality? Anyone know any place in particular that would fit my criteria?
