Default Putting Headers On

What tools would i need to put headers on my 96 V6 Camaro? Also how hard would it be and would i throw any SES lights?

shouldnt be that hard on a v6.....

breaker bar, 15,13,10,8mm sockets if its like the v8, pry bar....a friend and some beer..

yea your probably going to through a code also

I put pacesetters on my 96 3.8 v6.

It wasnt too hard.

You just need the usual sockets and extensions. Be careful taking the old manifolds off. Those bolts are prone to breaking.

You will NOT throw any codes if you have your EGR and O2's plugged in correctly.

well i want to leave my EGR on and my o2's i just replaced so i really wouldn't want to get rid of them. Could i still leave them?

As long as you have the o2 sensor bungs and the EGR hookup on the headers you can use them.

Actually i just remembered I put an o2 simulator on in place of the rear o2 sensor.

I dont remember it throwing codes before hand though.

yeah we can make it all happen does it have flange to bolt the egr, and bungs for the o2s thats all you need other than gaskets

What you mean by that the fires? Yea it will be prolly 2-3 months before i would be putting them on just wanted to get a general idea.
