anybody got a valve spring remover i can borrow to take off a set of dual valve springs?

I have one that can be used if the engine is out of the car.
Otherwise,My More Performance one is up in Yulee.

I dont have a spring compessor for that.
That's some kind of C-clamp looking thing.

yea i went out and bought one of those pry bar looking spring compressor but i ran into the problem of the valve opening and not staying in place

Take the heads to someone like SpeedFab,HP, or machine shop that reconditions heads.
Tachyon,Fox Engine Service, etc. Or maybe see if Auto Zone has on availble as a loan-a-tool.

i have a spring compressor. it's the **** style that you turn by hand.
