melbourne meet anyone? whats up guys. i just moved to the area and am lookin to meet some cool people. i got a 2000 trans am. just bought it so not too much special about it right now. i have a friend with a 2000 ws6 who'd probably be down to meet too. lemme know if your in the melbourne area and a car guy. we can get some general badassery(great word) going in melbourne!

It is easier if you look for the Seven-Eleven on the corner of Wickham and NASA and then look across the street for the show. It is a strip mall with a doctors office on the Wickham street side corner. My first time going I was early and kept driving right-by. It fills up fast, so be as suggested at 6 PM.

I got 2000 SS in Palm Bay/Melbourne, would be neat to meet see what other people are doing, mine is pretty much stock with a slipping clutch, so nothing great yet. But i'd like to see VSGLS1 's car, that looks interesting.

Hey medwar11, its Keith with the 2000 Black SS, just met at the car show, I was just wondering, you said you ran 13.6 did you happen to have that dynoed anytime, just wondering if it compares to mine, prolly the same except I might be slower with the manual.
Yeah I was considering taking my car to the track before doing clutch for a baseline, and to just get used to the car a little bit, would probably want to do it on a wednesday though so I can get more runs in and not worry too much about the Crazys that go on friday haha.
Hey SidewaysOZ I met you and Medwar11 at the meet last night. I was the guy with Keith in the black SS. We should find a Wednesday night that we can all head to the track. I know I definitly need to practice launches and Keith needs to get used to his knew baby. My best is a 13.9 at 103 at BIR this past summer. But I definitly think I can better that at OSW. I might have to bring the Firechicken out to Doubles next week. I think its called Hotrod Hoagies or somethin now...Doubles moved down the street.
