I also have a 98 Firebird Formula coming. Put his name down as RedDevil98.
I'm going to run up there to get some ideas on locations for ya. And talk to management to see if they can handle that many cars.

I don't know where this is located. If you could give me a city and a general idea so I don't get lost that would be cool.... Thanks

Okay, here is my list of places, there are goods and bads with each, and once a decision is made, i will approach management and let them know that we are going to be there. That way they are staffed up, and not overwhelmed.
All of these are on 92, near I-95.
Winghouse, small parkinglot, but doable.
Alehouse, LOADS of parking
Chili's / Longhorn Steakhouse. These two have a great parking lot, and you get two choices for restaurants right enxt to each other.
Roadhouse Grill, LOADS of parking
Cracker Barrel, Decent parking
Hooters, small parking lot, I only put this hear because most people like it for some reason, not my favorite due to the parking issue.
Ruby Tuesday's / Friendly's, Large parking lot, and a small strip mall behind it.
Olive Garden, Decent Parking Lot
Steak N' Shake, large parking area.

As far as photo opportunities. I can contact Volusia County, and see if we can get permission to photo the cars at Mainland High School. It's got some nice architecture that I think will serve as a great photo opp, and we can have three spots for the pictures to be taken simultaneously.
Just throwing it out there.
Also, Since it is the third Saturday of the month, we can cruise down to the New Smyrna Beach Car show. There are routinely 300 to 500 cars out there, and as long as we pull into it at the same time, we will be able to park together as long as we get there by 4:00 pm. There are some nice cars out there, and it's not that far from Daytona.

the reason i said 9am and leave around 945, is because we will
probably hit the road around 10. its roughly a 2 hour drive, traffic
and construction. got to the restaurant, hang out for a few and eat.
then off on the cruise to photo locations.
