I understand. I think the 4th gen TA`s looked 10 times better than the 4th gen Camaro`s, The camaro`s look too much like a chrysler sebring or 300M in the front. So I guess its all just a matter of personal taste. Some people said the birds were too busy up front. I didn`t think so. Each to their own.
Here`s my preference IMHO:
1rst Gen= camaro`s look better
2nd gen`s = Birds look better
3rd gens = Camaro`s look better
4th Gen`s = Bird`s look better
5th gen, well the camaro will win this one hands down since there is no bird challenger, which makes me disapointed... and remember those aren`t the production headlights.

I am reserving my opinion until I see the production version in person. From that pic, I don't like it. I hope something changes, glad to hear the headlights should change.

Wow, this is interesting... I LOVED the concept but am not too impressed by the production car (fat roof line, rear looks awkward now, all the details like the gas cap are gone, etc...) yet all my friends who did not like the concept are loving this.
Wonder if this is the product of focus groups?

Great job on photos man! I'm also relieved about the headlights. I'm very iffy about whether I like the looks of this new thing.
It started to go wrong whenever they decided to not make it look like this :
Am I the only one who thinks they blew it with the headlights and lost the retro look?
The show car looked hot, the front end pictured above is not!
I also liked the deep looking rims on the show car vs the flat pancakes shown above.
The rest looks great, but those two things could sink it IMHO.
How could this car start going so wrong?

I think they tried to make Camaro and bird fans happy by combining the features of both cars and got a retarded inbred baby...just sayin
Though seriously it looks like they tried to make it look streamlined like the 4th gen camaros with the curves of a 4th gen firebird.
I believe it can be saved with better headlights, a spoiler and lose the 20 inch wheels. 17 is fine. It would look pretty decent then

I didn't like the concept when they showed it, and I still don't like this one either. It looks like a Cadilac CTS.

I like it. Whether the headlights are permanent, look retro or not, people who are complaining should fab up some old school RS covers and call it a day. Someone should photoshop that up, wonder what that would look like??
Someone in Tampa with about 400hp should go see if they can convince them to do some WOT testing and bring us back results.
