Well if your planning on heading out today...dont. Unless you are just aching for your chance to get a headache. They didnt allow anyone to pit and to make matters worse, they moved us from our neatly formed rows in the parking lot to a traffic jam outside the gate to that no one could leave without at least 2 rigs moving out of the way. Then they tell us that no ones getting in. After that they give us "numbers" (which even now Im not clear on what their for or how they work)...well kind of. They gave half of us notecards with numbers written on them in permanent marker (that anyone can go to a convience store and copy) and told the rest of us we'll work you in.
Considering the mess that was the line when we left I dont expect tommorow to be much better. Expect organized chaos if your heading out to race tommorow.

Only thing that was worth the 40 dollar ticket price was getting to hang with the EFI Alchemy crew telling stories and gaining loads of information on cars. And I could have done that free minus the cost of gas to drive to Jacksonville.

My buddy in his SRT8 jeep said the nhra guys were dicks and he couldnt hold his brake to launch his ride at the tree. He got there by 9 and they didnt get to him to inspect his ride till 5pm!! i heard it was a mess of **** down there.
