A local agency where I live has 2 unmarked Chargers. The agency didn't pay for them, they were paid for by a grant for aggressive driving. The only requirement was X amount of citations per month for aggressive driving to justify the continued need for the vehicles. Probably same thing for the G8.

Not at all, there is a little more criteria to meet aggressive driving. And I kind of represented it wrong, there is not a citation per say for aggressive driving. Closest would probably be reckless or maybe careless, with reckless being a criminal offense. But the citations in Fl have a box where you can X off if they were driving aggressively. Usually this is done if say you're hauling *** down the road tailgating and cutting cars off, etc... It's up to the officer what you get citations for. But say he only writes you for speed, he can mark the aggressive driving box based on the other infractions involved. It doesn't raise the price or give you more points. It's strictly for statistical purposes and the judge may use that to assist him in making a decision on your case if you decide to fight the citation.
I got the X on aggressive driving once, the class was split into two 8 hour days instead of the usual 4 hour class. Yeah and you don't see any new material. Avoid getting aggressive driving at all costs.
