Here's an e-mail that I got from a friend that is organizing this event, I will be in attendance and wanted to see if anyone else wanted to join up. We are trying to get the different cars to park in groups together, so I would like to meet around the area and head over as a group.

I am excited to announce the long awaited event for the Orlando car community. The Orlando Cars and Coffee event will begin on Saturday May 31st and will continue the last Saturday of every month at The Coffee Cafe http://coffeeteawine.com/index.php rear parking lot. We'll meet from 9am to 11am.

I met with the owner of the establishment and she was very exited to have us there and will do anything she needs to accommodate us. I know there is a great sports/exotic car community here in the Orlando area and it’s about time we followed suit and start our own Cars & Coffee event. These events are held in many parts of the country and are a great way for car enthusiasts to hang out for a couple of hours. Please forward this on to all of your sports/exotic car friends and encourage them to come on out. We’ll have some photographers out there and we’ll post up some shots on the different forums.

Yeah, Ricky is my friend and he currently owns a Porsche Carrera GT. That's who I talked to directly, and he would like for the American Domestics to make an appearance. Plus I know several of these people and they really enjoy cars as a whole.

 

yeah for sure. nah id actually go sounds like a good time and i love exotics. But i have to work @ 10am on sat. Did you talk to you friend about the catback? Ive got a couple ppl that are interested but id rather sell local

He didn't give me a straight answer. I would sell it to whomever gives you the money first. I'll talk to him again tomorrow and try to get him to give me a solid answer.

 

Well, Beach Blast is the weekend before, and I am staying at the beach for that weekend,and it is highly unlikely I will have 2 weekends off in a row, but it is close so maybe I can make it and go to work late.

 

I might be in too!

EDIT: It is in Heathrow. Not too far from my house! Should be some cool exotics. Maybe we can scare them with the power!

That sounds fine to me. I might be workign that morning, so I might be in the work van, but I should be there. Just tell me where to be and when.

I'm thinking LEAVE the Seminole Town Center mall by 8:50 am to head over to Heathrow. The show is only minutes away. Let's meet over by the movie theater in the mall parking lot? I think that's the Macy parking lot. No-one ever parks over there.

My girl works there, so I'll definately be attending. I'll be in NC on the 31st for a wedding, though, so I guess I'll miss the first one. It'd be nice if we could keep a decent crowd going every month. I'm guessing no-one has posted this on LS1GTO.

John, yes. coffee in the am, and I will be at the Ocala meet at the Winghouse in the pm. No coffee there.

 

Will you be going Howland I-4 on-ramp or Saxon I-4 on-ramp? If your going down to the Howland On-ramp, I'll meet ya at the Winn-Dixie off of Howland at 8:20 am to cruise over to the mall.
