Yes. Anywhere its slightly wooded it seems you're going to get ate up.
Black widows also seem to be worse than normal. I'm killing them left and right it seems. All under the car while I'm working on it and on the garage door and such. Not sure where they are all coming from, I'm in the middle of suburbia.

well it has been raining more here lately at least where i live. which = more for breeding cause of standing water and they are worse here but i live in the boonies where there is nothing but woods and a swamp less than a mile away from where i live.

if your in the west palm area i know there is a number you can call and they will send out a truck and spray w/ a fogger and spray the canals and take a look around your neighborhood to see what can be done to keep them gone!
may and my neighbors just keep calling them every couple of weeks and make them come back out! but it usually works for a good 2 weeks!

There has been a ton here in the Tampa Area. It seems if I'm outside for a minute, I get bitten like crazy! The best thing to use is Listerine. Just put it in a spray bottle and spray it on. Works like a charm!
