Im trying to locate my first camaro i had back in Highschool. It was a dark blue 84 camaro (88 RS front end). Anywho, i recently obtained the VIN for it this past weekend so i was able to carfax the car. The car ended up going through 5 owners since i've had it and is now registered in FL. Apparently its around the Boynton Beach area. i have the VIN and also the current FL title number.

If anyone has a friend/family member/buddy associated with law enforcement that could run the vin or title number and get me a name that would be awesome. I want to buy the car back if the owner is willing to sell it. Any help would be awesome. PM me if you need the VIN or Title number.

I called the florida DMV and the car is registered and on the road. the lady could not desclose the info to me on the phone.

Ive seen a couple thrid gens running around here but not a dark blue one yet. Are u sure its not been panited? If I see one i will let u know.

Well, thanks to a board member, i was given some info which has me very close to finding the car. have a name and phone number that im pretty sure is who owns it. giving them a call tonight. the car is not taged so its not being driven around. if they will sell it, it will take its 24 hour trip across the US back to NE where it was originally revived from a junk yard....

Hope you find it. I have thoughts of finding my 86 2.8 5 speed car, then I remember how much rust was eating it and thinking it might not be a good idea in my case.
