This might be a bad Idea, but.......

That is what we are saying. Truck passenger side non-EGR manifold on the driver's side pointing forward, and a C6 passenger side manifold on the passenger side pointing back. Then curve the "up pipe" around the location of the A/C compressor.

Post #78 in this thread shows where these manifolds sit on the LS4 block, and with the front LS4 manifold facing forward on another block. It looks to have the collector right where the A/C compressor would go, but I have never seen an LS4 manifold in an F-body before.

There is a pic of a C6 passenger side manifold with a turbo up pipe that will curve around the A/C manifold. That one goes through a regular aftermarket K-member and then turns back in after passing through some of the front suspension. I wonder if you could make an up pipe that would curve around a stock k-member and then turn back in similar to that one?

Shows a C6 passenger side manifold with the up pipe inside a BMR "Turbo high clearance" K-member.
I will check back in on this tomorrow.

Think ahead alittle
If your going to do this! think & plan ahead alittle like APS didnt do LOL If your kit is going around a stand up radiator,, make sure your leaving enough room in there for aftermarket rads also!!JMOand make sure your kit works with a good quality affordable Y pipe of your choice, unless your planning on making one for your kit which inturn will bring the cost up! Also , make sure it doesn't interfer with the sway bar LOL or anything on lowered cars !Good luck and dont skimp on the silicone hoses if any! At least 4 ply! You know how it works, Right.? LOL Either your going to be the most loved guy in the FI site or the most hated LOL
Good luck ,sounds like a plan man and if you do this and do it right this should really take off for you and one more thing and im sure all us us agree ,,, build this around a good quality turbo because your going to have to offer some type of warranty if saleing this kit with a turbo or you can build this kit around a good turbo and let the customer buy it themselves thus saving your self some MAJOR head achs and keeping your cost down BIG TIME!

How about coated stainless 1 7/8" primaries and a 5" downpipe option?
Oh wait probably not the market you are going for.
Here are some requests:
1) Coated hot side
2) Keep stock K member, if not at least UMI road race K
3) Keep A/C
4) Stock alternator location
5) Mounts for newly positioned radiator/fans
6) Position the air filter so that we don't have to worry about sucking up water if the turbo is mounted low.
7) The more welds and less clamps the better
8) Offer an 88mm turbo, 4" downpipe?
