Thanks to all for the good luck 
IATs were through the roof on the first 2 passes (187!!), and meth wasnt working properly. We finally got the setup right on the meth, and I didnt want to risk anything so I only leaned it out a bit, and it wasnt enough. It was off the charts rich.
We will lean it out, throw some more boost at it, and shoot for 210!!
So far everything is fantastic! Plugs look great, Water temps only climb 20* from the start of the pass to the end, and not pushing a single drop of water.
We got some killer incar and out of car start line/ 1 mile marker footage, its awesome!!!

Hey Ron, No problem. The welds still failed after the 193 pass on Mikes header. There is a lot of back pressure there, and that thing just looks tired.
