Default Will I make more power putting 1.85 rockers on my boosted car.

I am running a gt67 sts set up at 7psi. I was thinking of swapping out the valve springs and possibly the rocker arms. Do you think it will loose power with the higher ratio rockers? Should I only change the intakes? Just wondering if anyone has done this before. It is a '98 so I have the bigger lift cam already. Also will yellow ls6 springs work or should I go with the pac 1218's
Thanks,C

Why would changing rockers change power mostly just change lift I think. And more lift equals more power almost every time..If the cam is compatible with the higher lift rockers. Mine is and I went to 1.8 yella terras. They look great. See how they work shortly!

Yella terras are to heavy and limit rpm, i went with a new set of stockers with the Harlen sharp bearing upgrade - rebuild, work GREAT!

The ultralite yella terras are too heavy.? Limit to what rpm...9000? I am sure can get to 7000 with mine no problem at all iwith good springs and titanium retainers.
7000 is plenty for me.Most of time think 6500 will be plenty.

What do you mean more blow thru..? Do you mean blowing the exhaust out the engine. If you are FI. Think thats mostly a myth. Guys seem to do pretty good on fi cars with normal splits like mine, reverse splits..no splits..big lsa like 117 ,121..even low lsa like 112,114. Just seems the cam is not that critical.

I say go for the rockers..Makes sure you have good springs in there though. And moly pushrods don't hurt either.
