Saying goodbye to an old friend
I've learned over the years that ugly cars, not beat up crappy ugly but naturally ugly cars, are remembered by everyone. At least its not a 4 door 
I used to have one just like it when I was a kid, except it was an ugly dark green so there is some nostalgia there for me.
Its just something to heads up race on a somewhat budget, I bought the car + a lot of spares for less than the cost of nice LSx short block. Its running and I can fire it up and go run 8.80s/5.60s on an easy tune up tomorrow with it - and its not a fox body

You bought Bob's car! Poor 'ol Bob, he tried HARD, racing a couple years in EZ and then dropping back to MS... That car has a TON of laps on it... Good luck!

Overall for a 36 year old car its still in pretty good shape, but its been down the track a few times thats for sure. I'm not going to make it too nice, just freshen the shortblock up, add some safety stuff, take out some weight and have some fun with it..

I'll just stick with the nitrous for a while, couple tracks are small block/nitrous only and thats what I am looking to run.
Some camera phone pics, I have the interior torn apart cleaning up the wiring so its kinda a mess.
