def, atleast mid 10s, with a smaller pullie i think even faster, this car has so much potential, I mean if your paying 125k plus for a vette id expect 11s or high 10s stock, because if you just bought a high 11 second vette for 125k id say you got ripped, totally. its like going to the strib club and realizing the 125 dollars you gave to chick has a dick. ouch.

I'd like to have the c5 lingenfelter for the same price. 9.0x's for 125k. That thing moves.

The ZR1 Vette was built to drive on city streets, not road courses. A serious road course guy is gonna mod the car anyway, you mod the Porsche also and I doubt the Vette is gonna rip it a new *******.

Either way, for $130,000, you have a seriously engineered car in the Porsche, the Vette, well, its a Vette.

where the hell do you get that the ZR1 was built to "drive on city streets"

its a true street legal race car...btw your Porsche Carrera GT with a msrp of 414k got beat by the vette. it also beat the Zonda, Enzo, and MC12.

Its sold at dealerships for anyone to buy, even grandma. Its designed to drive throughout the USA on regular streets, park anywhere, drive over speed bumps, get oil changes at the quicky lube, stereo, A/C, nice interior, etc..... Its not a GM built race car.

Its just alot of money for an American made car, thats all. Hell, the Viper is way over priced too. But there's enough rich people out there that think they will have an exotic car if they buy them, so I guess there's a market for them.

On a solid run, that car is easily in the mid-high 10's and it STILL HAS A "WARRANTY" on top of it. Damn do I want one so bad, but need to hit the powerball first, lol. Thanks for posting those up guys

Damn, guess I touched a nerve. Sorry to talk badly about the almighty Vette. Its just a complete rip-off, thats all I'm saying. No American made production car is worth $130,000, period. I don't care if they (GM) have it handling the twisties real well or not. Either way, nobody is going to do serious road racing with the SC'ed Vette right out of the box, they will still do heavy suspension work to it. So someone with a C6 Z06 or a C6 or a C5 that spends the same money modding their suspension are all equal.

Its a kickass car for being factory stock, but the price really ruins the entire car.

And thats that.

why do you say they have to? sure they can, but its a VERY capable car right out of the box.

No, and I mean no car in the world, is worth $130,000 end of story. But it is only about $1000 per MPH
