Sts Fmic Kit
Well I have STS's new FMIC kit for the 4rth GEN Fbody, Now I did not have to cut my bumber suport at all, the intercooler did bolt on, and the only mods I had to do was remove my foglights and cut the license plate open on the nose of my T/A. The best part of this new IC it replaces that horrible pipe #5 which I have hit every time I go thru a dip. This pipe is removed and the new IC pipe #1 takes its place.

Here you can see this is my 99 T/A with STS intercooler. Now I did loose my fog lights, which did not bother me, but I know that some of you like your fogs and want to keep them so you can keep them with this intercooler, you need to spin the intercooler arround so the brackets when mounted force the IC to flush mount in the bumper suport. You will need to cut the bumber suport to fit the intercooler in between it, and also cut 3-1/2" off IC pipe 2 and IC pipe 3, this will make the pipes line up with the IC inlet and outlet.
There are alot of FMIC for the F body, what seperates the STS FMIC from the rest we run a 3.88" core, which was flow tested for over 850 CFM, or 850 HP. The main reason we did not cut the bumper suport out to mount the IC flush like other IC kits, we wanted a true bolt on FMIC kit, so for you guys with Camaro there is no need to flush mount, becuase they have that nice big opening in the nose, with no fog lights in the way.

Or you can install the IC like I did and I ordered some PIA flat LED fog lights, these are very thin, and come with side mount brackets which mount in the fog light holes, flush with the front bumper.
