well i am goning to talk to the my good friend who i work for to see if i cant get a good price on a pattern,casting and machining then . I would have to get a good amoumt of people to place orders to make it possible to cast them. I will post more latter on what we can do!

I got a good deal at work just because we are slow, so I am draw up some plans to make a pattern to cast a set of cast steel or cast iron turbo manifolds. Would u want the cast steal or cast iron . I work in a machine shop ,fab and foundry so anything possible . I will re post soon !

Cast Stainless if poss! AMS have just done a similar thing with the new GTR looks stunning! should lest a lifetime to.

Do you have any ballpark numbers of what these could sell for?There are several nice fabbed stainless turbo headers out there now around $8-900.

If you could get the number i would think they could be cheaper. The problem with fabbed stainless steel headers is they have to be hand made, and the customer has to pay for the guys time.

If I could do this I would sell them for what I had in them,and since I get them cast for next to nothing I would pass it on .

I would be interested in the potential cost we are looking at. Could one have Vbands cast onto the ends or welded on instead? Saves space.....
