Total Seal suggests tighter gap on the second ring. As of late it seems the norm is to gap the second ring larger to help pressure escape down into the crankcase and not lift up the top ring!
How are you guys setting up your rings for FI?

the first build up of my turbo i used the 300$ total seal . The second outing the coating on the rings come off and scuffed the heck out of 2 bores in a new dart block. The coating was coming off like 6 diff bores . so it is what i think happen first. I use nothing but hell fires now. i use them in all aplications just my 2 cents

i just used the -8.6cc dished blower diamond pistons in my 346 LS6 motor build , with the diamond rings,

what rings are the diamond ones, i dont think they make there own rings,
I bought the Diamond piston-ring-pin kit new 4 years ago. They might be using Total seal now, but i wonder what they used back then, the rings were in diamond boxes.
