TIFWIW, for a completely stock vehicle at sea level, no exhaust mods and stock equipment:
4.10 or 4.00 pulley, 5 PSI at 6000 RPMs
3.60 pulley, 7 ~ 8 PSI at 6000 RPMS
3.20 pulley, 10 ~ 12 PSI at 6000 RPMs
Yes, a boost guage should tell you exactly what boost you are making, once you have that in place.
Fuel Pressure and Boost Gauges I consider to be prerequisites to having FI.
